Blake Phillips

Blake is the President and CEO for EQI. He joined EQI in 2010 as President and became CEO in 2012. Prior to EQI, Blake worked at Precision Castparts Corp. working in sales, engineering, and foundry leadership roles for six years. Before PCC, Blake served 8 years in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer on the EA-6B Prowler aircraft. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and General Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the UCLA-Anderson School of Management.
