Established in 1984, Ferralloy, Inc. initially focused on heat-resistant alloy castings and fabrications used primarily in the thermal-processing industry. Since then, the company has evolved its offering to include closed-die and rolled-ring forgings, investment castings, machined bar stock components, exotic superalloys, and refractory alloys in all shapes and sizes.
Pro-Tech, founded in 1985, helps position EQI as a leader in the thermal-processing business with its reputation for supplying high-temperature products to various sectors, including heat treating, steel production, lime production, cement production, and power generation.

Adding Value Through New Coating Guarantees at Northern Ireland Facility
At EQI, we continuously tailor our value-added services to meet our customers’ needs. An excellent example comes from our facility in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, which is proud to offer high-quality powder coating services with standard and marine grade guarantees of up to 40 years.
Recently, the Craigavon facility earned new certifications for coating architectural aluminum, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards for our customers. The Craigavon team has been designated approved applicators with Akzo Nobel, Sherwin-Williams, and Axalta powders for coating all architectural aluminum products up to 8 meters long.

EQI Expands in India
As part of our continuous efforts to better serve our clients globally, EQI recently expanded its offices in Coimbatore, India.
Over the past few years, our head office in India has been increasing the strength of its team in various departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. As the team grew, so did their need for a larger space with more workstations.
Recognizing the importance of providing our 19-person (and growing) team with the resources they need to be successful, EQI strategically chose to add office space in government-owned TIDEL Park. This central location, near the airport and railway station, meets our current needs and positions us for future growth.
EQI India is one of five global headquarters in North America and Asia. Together with warehouses, fulfillment centers, and manufacturing facilities, EQI has customer touchpoints across the globe.

Combined Company Will Deliver Unmatched Range, Scale and Capabilities to Streamline Procurement for Leading OEMs
Spring Lake, MI and Cambridge, Ontario ― EQI Ltd. and Accucam jointly announced a merger today that establishes EQI as a leading metal products supplier to the world’s major OEMs. Accucam will operate as a division of EQI and Blake Phillips, EQI’s Chief Executive Officer will oversee the combined business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, EQI is a leading global provider of critical supply chain management services, including sourcing, manufacturing and logistics, for OEMs who procure metal castings. EQI boasts the broadest foundry partnerships in the industry. Now with Accucam, EQI cements its position as a leading global metal products supplier delivering unmatched range, scale, and capabilities to streamline and de-risk parts procurement, and adds world-class finish machining of castings and machined parts manufacturing to its suite of services.
Accucam began as a single facility machine shop in 1987 and evolved into to a full-service component part supplier. Today, Accucam operates two facilities in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada and one in Qingdao, China, complementing EQI’s locations across Michigan, Beijing, Coimbatore, India and Hanoi, Vietnam to reach a new global scale. Accucam adds industry partnerships that span agriculture, turf care, defense, and transportation to EQI’s established end markets, including material handling, aerial work platform, construction, oil and gas, forestry, and CNC machine tool industries. Accucam’s finish machining capabilities bring a new set of services to EQI and adds small steel components to its broad product offering while providing complementary customer bases that will now be able to turn to EQI for all their metal product’s needs.
